- Can the rod be shortened?
- Only where the listing says the drop is adjustable. A fixed rod cannot be cut safely.
- Are integrated LED fittings replaceable?
- An integrated LED cannot be re-lamped when it fails. Where a fitting is integrated, the listing says so.
- Do you ship fragile shades?
- Glass and ceramic shades are boxed separately inside the carton with fill on every face.
